The journey from International Development into Business Development and now into Product Management has been an interesting one. I have not only gained the ability to think critically and strategically about driving business value through improved processes, and optimized user experiences, but am doing so with a business mindset.

Leading the proposal team to an enhanced process of preparing RFQs, RFPs, RFIs, implementing best practices contributing to increased approval rating of 40% over Q1 of 2018 while also cutting turnaround time by 80% over the same period.
