Tevis Shkodra is an experienced tech professional with a diverse background of Agile Product Development, Finance, Sales Operations / CRM management, International & Business Development (Account Management).

The journey from International Development into Business Development and now into Product Management has been an interesting one. I have not only gained the ability to think critically and strategically about driving business value through improved processes, and optimized user experiences, but am doing so with a business mindset.

Being in both a digital agency and product-specific company has added another layer of diversity to my portfolio, grating me experience in Discovery & Design processes across multiple platforms (OTT, Mobile, Web, Voice) for F500 companies ranging from media to fin-tech and everything in between.

Currently, as the Product Owner for Chefs Plate, I have the benefit and privilege of taking the meal kit purchasing user experience to the next level for one of Canada’s biggest meal kit companies.

  • Contributed to conversion rate a 50% uptick in conversion rate in my first four months.

  • Redesigned a new mobile-responsive sign-up funnel, Referrals page, Homepage, Profile page increasing user interaction with product.

  • Established full CRM & notification services supporting push, SMS, web, email.

  • Founding & leading team of over 30 members of readers, editors, illustrators, curators, sales and marketing.

Product Manager TribalScale

  • Launched net-new OTT applications (Fire TV, Roku, Android TV) for top media company (over 120 mil. registered users).

  • Led top Canadian financial company through Design & Discovery process, development, and execution of strategic product roadmap for mobile & web platform of new product launch.

Sales Enablement & Operations Lead

  • Leading the proposal team to an enhanced process of preparing RFQs, RFPs, RFIs, implementing best practices contributing to increased approval rating of 40% over Q1 of 2018 while also cutting turnaround time by 80% over the same period.

  • Streamlining Sales process through implementation of SFDC CRM & appropriate 3rd party tools to track KPIs, forecast on upcoming seasonality metrics and increasing organizational efficiency throughout Sales.

  • Primary Salesforce Administrator - duties included: allocation of licenses & permission maintenance, report & dashboard creation, technical layout configurations, process workflows, object maintenance of custom fields & objects, user role hierarchy, security & sharing permissions.
